I know Scottish folk hate talking about self improvement or anything like that but anyone going to try and do anything differently next year?
My big one is cut drinking to once a week. The older I get the worse I feel after and it's just not worth it any longer. The drinking in the house if I'm not out is over.
Sweat every day is another. I'm actually not bad for that about 4/5 times a week at the moment so should be doable.
Cut my browsing shite online and use that time to read is another but probably the hardest
