I'm so old. I remember when he left Hearts, he said he would return here before he would retire. He's being true to his word in that sense. Lennon would still be extremely keen to have him as back up on 20k a week to ensure 9 and 10 in a row.
He certainly deserves credit for turning it around. My gut says he’s not what we need right now. In one sense he’d improve us, but in another he massively wouldn’t.
If he was willing to come in on a wage which meant if it didn’t work out we could afford to bring in another then maybe. Although I feel like if it wasn’t from a nostalgic point of view, no one would be interested in us bringing in a 37 year old, 3rd choice keeper from Celtic. I think there’s better options out there.
