Also, the resentment from locals in St Andrews is mainly towards students, who behave like utter cunts in the town. Source: having worked in St Andrews.

Your experience of working a year in St Andrews retail is no doubt far more relevant, agreed. That's the thing, though - I'm not denying that some people (justifiably) feel that way. What I'm challenging is your claim that it's 'laughable' that some wouldn't. You're assuming that all of these people feel how you feel they should, because it'd justify you behaving the way you want to behave. As is so often the case with you, it was a post dripping with the smug condescension of the genuinely stupid. I worked there during the Open and plenty of people resented the golf tourists too. Source: having worked in St Andrews. Either way it's immaterial, because the local economy also relies on students.

I installed an app which told me it didn't track my identity and now they're saying they can give info to the police. If there is nothing that can tie your identity to your app then what info can be given to the police?

Aye think I've picked it up wrong and it's the system in general they're talking about, I had read it as the app.
Still don't agree with the polis having access to it

So I take it this would be a retrospective fine? As in the contact tracer would call me, ask if I've been in contact with anyone outside the regulations, and if I have I get a fine?
Fuck that

Grow up Morph.

Morph, you are far too dull for anyone to track.
