If the players can't do it I'm confused as to why he keeps trying it. Is that all he has?
He needs to find something that works for this group of players to get results and he needs to find it in the next 3 days.

We've got better players than the shit teams in and around us, it's about doing the basics right, putting the effort in every game and we stay up.
The only difference in that Rangers game to others is that it was a big game on the TV and the players fancied it.
What's the point in pressing teams which are shit and just sit in and counter us? They want us to run at them like madmen, as they'll nick the ball, clip it over Garuccio/White whatever and slot it past the hologram.

This is what Hamilton will do. If they defend well enough they will get the result. Their striker looked handy against Celtic so should have a field day against our joke of a defence. We'll need an early goal.

Ultimately, I think it is.
Our players are shite bar 3, we're nowhere near good enough to even try sit in and soak the pressure - that's what Levein tried the whole first half of the season.
No pace, no direction, no quality in the final 3rd - someone earlier on in the season on here pointed out that we could be a “Dundeeâ€, in the sense that everyone believes that we'll eventually sort it out, but then eventually get relegated. That's the way I can see us going, I'm just struggling to see how we turn it around.
Hopefully instead of working on 'pressing' ahead of Saturday we should be working on defending properly and getting the ball to Naismith/Boyce as quickly and as often as possible, if Boyce gets chances he will score.
Just finish above Hamilton and I'm confident that we'd beat ICT/Ayr/Dundee over two legs. St Mirren don't seem quite bad enough to be finishing below both us and Hamilton.

We have a real problem with losing complete and utter focus for large parts of games. That's Hamilton away, rangers at home, saints away, killie at home and now tonight (not that we were getting anything) where we have absolutely switched off and conceded or looked like conceding lots of goals.
We just chased Levein out the door for being negative. He's brought in 4 players. He has a huge job on his hands to turn this around, we knew what we were going to get from him. We won't go down.
