I’m certain it was Gig. I remember being ridiculously excited about him coming back and then going tonto when that hit the net.

My dad just said the same, but apparently not. Next door neighbour said it was Velez Mostar he returned so I had to check Warnock

Think all of the Dumfries Hearts folk stay in the same street

Game after the 4 sent off at ibrox. Naismith debut I think as well. Was it extra time he scored? My seat was just up to the left of the goal. Good times

My first ever Easter Road derby. Remember sitting on one of the crash barriers in front of my old man and ending up about 10 steps in front when we scored. Scenes.

Yep. That was some win that night with all the suspensions we had and against a Celtic side with Di Canio, Cadete, Thom and Van Hoojdonk.

Correct on it all. MyMan

Was at Ibrox on the Saturday and remember dreading playing the rhats midweek with no defence, but it all worked out perfectly. Greggy

I’m sure Peter Grant got sent off too, just to rub salt in their wounds.

Yep he did about 5 mins into extra time but we had played from the hour mark with 10 men after Salvatori got sent off for a 2nd yellow.
5 sendings off in just over 100 minutes of football against the Old Firm (Bruno, Weir, Pointon, Ritchie and Salvatori!).

Pretty sure Naysmith made his debut the previous season - this would have been his first start I think following the Ibrox game?

The pope semi final, parked in near the Celtic supported buses. Fun walk back.
