Oh, that's right. Skin colour.

Is it as simple as that? Was Sue Barker doing a bad job? Why did she get sacked? She didn't want to go. Not a show I've ever watched but if I did regularly I'd be a bit pissed that she's been ousted. Given the current climate I can imagine folk aren't caring because she's black*, but maybe that she's been given the job because she's black? Not saying that's what I think, I just think it's easy to draw the conclusions given the BLM movement and every corporation scrambling to appear diverse and inclusive.

*There are obviously racists in the world who only care about exactly that

You think there's a possibility somebody put in practice a plan to sack Sue Barker in order to replace her with a black person?

The fact there is this outrage every time a white person is replaced by a black person suggests there definitely needs to be more diversity. It shouldn't even register but here we are.

Was the same with Soccer Saturday. Everyone raging about the possibility of all these black players replacing tired has beens. Turns out it was two white and one black Monty Oh Well

Question of Sports is a) terrible b) tired as fuck and needs a freshen up. Alex Scott happens to be the best person for the job and black.

Was this just a fantasy that you posted by mistake? Warnock Can't see how it relates to the discussion.

I find Alex Scott pretty dull tbh but then again Question of Sport has been dreadful for years, surprised they aren’t just canning it completely.

I've not watched QoS since the days of Bill Beaumont & Emlyn Hughes.   BB obviously has had far too many bumps to the head, and that was probably before he started playing rugby and EH, well that's a mystery in itself!  Was top viewing back in the day, mind. Sob

Had its heyday with Ally McCoist and John Parrott as the team captains imo. The two of them had some cracking chemistry with Sue as well.

I've warmed to her a bit. She's not the worst pundit out there especially considered to some of the other wifeys. Monty Ooh

Leanne Crighton and Shelley Kerr are decent to listen to up here. The lassies down south just roll out soundbites. Too much media training to "prepare" them.

That Alex Scott will need to relax and be herself if she's to host what's essentially a comedy/banter show.

It's a panel show and 99% scripted; if she can read an autocue she'll be no better or worse than anyone.

A wee bit too much chemistry with Sue in Ally’s case Stendel creep

Alex Scott is boring but attractive, whilst Sue is ancient and a pain in the hoop. QoS is also pish and I won’t watch it anyway, so bash on I say May Bee

Left the country before their spell but I could imagine they'd have a bit more about them; actually that wouldn't be difficult looking at their predecessors.

Willie Carson was probably my favourite; that laugh! Monty Chuckle

You've developed a wee nasty streak, 2na. Sue was a charming woman for many a year on QOTS. Don't be so cynical.

I though Queen of the South at first then realised we weren’t in the Terrace and figured it out
