I like a little bit of sweet things but not too much.
I've been on a two-three week proper fitness cut and now I kind of feel weird in going for anything carby/unhealthy but other part of me wants a takeaway. Is that food disorder? I've been doing exercise of some sort every other day at least and i've been smashing protein rich foods while taking out saturated fat and processed foods completely from my diet. Almost tee-total removal.
I calculated my body fat percentage at 14% yesterday from taking my age/weight/height/neck/waist measurements. Not sure how accurate that way of measuring is.
This is for the fitness thread but since Mak is active in this thread, what's your thoughts on this? 14% is pretty decent right? 8-10% is more like professional athlete sort of stuff so im just a few percentage points above that. Want to get down to 12% but i'd prob lose muscle mass and cant be fucked with that.

Poor Playercey
Slug and not physical
Might get a bog standard chicken curry, chips and rice from the chinese, keeping it real.
Think i'll just get a garlic and coriander naan bread from scotmid and make a curry.
I always feel shite after a chinese.
I've not had a Mcdonalds in ages, but the last 2 were up there with a chinese in terms of feeling like shit after it.
It might actually not be the Mcdonalds that has given you the skitters though, i know 3 people that have covid, one that is negative but ill and i've been on the pan more than normal.

Love a Chinese but it makes me feel really dehydrated for ages.
