I don’t know if you need to read through the last page again but you are the one who pulled up an ancient post of mine to directly aim your point at me, not the other way round Sound

Have you not done this with other things as well? It’s fine for people to have different tastes Mak, you might even say it’s a good thing Sound

Is your claim here going to be that you didn't write the above post because you thought I was referring to you, but because you felt compelled to defend the honour of people who dislike every sweet food in existence? You are honestly just the dullest wee guy.

Of course not, although that would be no more ridiculous a claim than you pretending your post wasn’t directly aimed at the people saying they don’t like specific sweet things 10 minutes before your post.

Thought it was pretty clear from the second line of my post I was more commenting on your regular trope of ‘why do people pretend not to like [thing I like] Warnock ‘ that you always do about junk food and perceived cheap things. I’m sure an amateur psychologist could have a field day with it but I’m not so I won’t.

I like a little bit of sweet things but not too much.

I've been on a two-three week proper fitness cut and now I kind of feel weird in going for anything carby/unhealthy but other part of me wants a takeaway. Is that food disorder? I've been doing exercise of some sort every other day at least and i've been smashing protein rich foods while taking out saturated fat and processed foods completely from my diet. Almost tee-total removal.

I calculated my body fat percentage at 14% yesterday from taking my age/weight/height/neck/waist measurements. Not sure how accurate that way of measuring is.

This is for the fitness thread but since Mak is active in this thread, what's your thoughts on this? 14% is pretty decent right?  8-10% is more like professional athlete sort of stuff so im just a few percentage points above that. Want to get down to 12% but i'd prob lose muscle mass and cant be fucked with that.

Get over yourself mate, you're not that interesting. It was aimed at Lewis in particular.

Probably just as well that we're not getting into the amateur psychology, as I'm not sure how 'sweet' equates to 'perceived cheap things' in your mind. Interesting place for your mind to go given our respective backgrounds. Fortunately, however, we're definitely not doing any amateur psychology, so will not be interrogating this further.

Not really sure what you're asking tbh. If you're active and want to be fit, eat well most of the time, and enjoy a takeaway every so often, then just have the takeaway would be my advice. Trying to cut things out completely isn't a sustainable lifestyle choice and within that context 14% body fat is totally fine.

I've not had a Mcdonalds in ages, but the last 2 were up there with a chinese in terms of feeling like shit after it.
It might actually not be the Mcdonalds that has given you the skitters though, i know 3 people that have covid, one that is negative but ill and i've been on the pan more than normal.

Thats my go to.

You're right though. Feel shite after it though. It sits in you for ages.

Same with McDonalds.

Greggs as well. Their baguettes are alright but any of the pastries make me feel off for a while.
