Had heard decent things about the sky lounge and how the hospitality has been, so fuck knows what's going on there. I presume the big £100 tips arent that common maybe? If you're on £10 an hour and get a tip like that then it's obviously very good money for a student for a few hours on a saturday. But everywhere is struggling for staff, so no reason we woulwdnt be the same.

It might also just be that the staff they do have are shite and there's no training/poor management.

I think quite a few were just thrown in at the deep end tbf. Taking an order, which is written down for them and only bringing half that order is maybe a lack of experience. This seemed to be happening at every table.

Always enjoyed my yearly day out in the hospitality - best part was the customer service so this is disappointing. You need to get this up on Kickback to make sure the club pay notice.

Don’t think I worse a suit though - maybe a shirt and trousers? Maybe do the full whack so Currahee and the boys don’t get me next time.

In my experience the service staff are schoolchildren, etc but they put in a shift. Under the impression that they could get a few of their mates in if they were struggling for numbers.

Wouldn't wear a suit but the bare minimum you should be wearing is a shirt and a pair of trousers, imo.

10 drinks is fuckall over the course of an afternoon.

Take the cunts to the cleaners every time I get a free brief for hospitality. They’ve subjected me to years of misery it’s the least I can do.

Its maybe changed due to most being sold out. Think you need to phone up for availability.

The raffle prize was a replica of the bronze soldier statue and Scott Wilson won it Zlat

It was a good day though - all the usual suspects (Scott Wilson, Crabbe, Locke, Robbo) but the patter is pretty good to be fair to them. Service is quite slow on the pints - didn’t really bother us too much but if you’re purely trying to get bang for your buck out the bar you’d be better spending 80 quid each in a kitty and heading to a boozer.

He literally said ‘usually I’d put it back in but I want that for the mantelpiece so I’m having it, thank you ladies and gents’ Rofl

We all genuinely thought it was a skit they do every week so you’re laughing along, then they just didn’t pull out another number and moved onto the interviews Zlat
