Chat GPT will write you out a program to follow in the gym Laugh

Sure, here's a sample 3-day full body split workout for the gym:

Day 1:

Warm-up: 10 minutes of cardio (e.g. jogging, cycling, rowing)
Squats: 3 sets of 8 reps
Bench press: 3 sets of 8 reps
Bent-over rows: 3 sets of 8 reps
Shoulder press: 3 sets of 8 reps
Bicep curls: 3 sets of 10 reps
Tricep extensions: 3 sets of 10 reps
Cool-down: 10 minutes of stretching
Day 2:

Warm-up: 10 minutes of cardio
Deadlifts: 3 sets of 8 reps
Pull-ups or lat pull-downs: 3 sets of 8 reps
Lunges: 3 sets of 12 reps (6 per leg)
Leg press: 3 sets of 12 reps
Seated calf raises: 3 sets of 12 reps
Ab crunches: 3 sets of 15 reps
Plank: Hold for 60 seconds
Cool-down: 10 minutes of stretching
Day 3:

Warm-up: 10 minutes of cardio
Incline bench press: 3 sets of 8 reps
Dumbbell flyes: 3 sets of 10 reps
Cable crossovers: 3 sets of 12 reps
Barbell curls: 3 sets of 8 reps
Overhead tricep extensions: 3 sets of 8 reps
Reverse flyes: 3 sets of 10 reps
Front raises: 3 sets of 10 reps
Side raises: 3 sets of 10 reps
Cool-down: 10 minutes of stretching
Remember to choose weights that challenge you but also allow you to maintain proper form, and rest for 1-2 minutes between sets. It's also a good idea to vary your exercises over time to prevent boredom and ensure continued progress. And as always, consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program.

Any runners got recommendations for good trainers. Looking for a pair for outdoors and a pair for treadmill.

I have Brooks just now but fancy a change.

Are these Hoka any good?

Saw a pair on Sports Direct yesterday that I thought looked interesting, well for the price. Dont run anymore so cant really help with your question but good for you trying to get healthy(ier).
