Needing a kettlebell or summit. There's only so many burpees you can do before losing the will to live. Anyone know anywhere for online stock?

I thought I was doing alright running 5k every day. I train on an empty stomach, brutal the first few days but, barring illness, I've been doing every day since mid-December. Missing weight training but I've got a chin-up bar and some resistance bands so I'm just focusing on maintaining until I can get back into the gym. Trouble I have with body weight exercises is progression, push-ups and squats are too easy and there's only so many variants you can do before those aren't enough of challenge either. Think I'm going to have to start training the cats to climb on my shoulders or something

Why don't you make one out of a rock and a bit of rope?

They post updates of their stock quite regularly.

Managed out for my first run in about 10 months today Not that far, just a short 3.5k, but it's a start. Think I mentioned I'd been following my physio routine and mixing in new exercises the last few weeks as the strength has returned to my leg, so decided it was time to start easing myself back into running.
Totally pain free on the run as well Aside from how hard it was after so long Such a relief man

Anyone ever been tempted by these scam set ups on the high street/buchanan street?
Like an absolute mug punter I quite fancy a go. Rotating bars though. Absolute NAP to slip off in 25 seconds. :warnock

I don't understand the point in buying one kettlebell. How would you progress anything?
