I was reading up on this, and went down a wee rabbits warren reading up on ostarine and SARMs, crazy how easily obtained they are, especially given some of the side effects - check that s23, nasty stuff. Also it looks like sketchy supplements are getting topped up with ostarine to boost their effects, and it's all really easily available online. If top athletes are taking it, how many guys down the gym or playing football and rugby etc will be getting stuck in, when its so easily available, and they wont have any of the guidance or blood work that top dopers get (:lol. Possible down sides are ridiculous. https://www.ukad.org.uk/ostarine https://selfhacked.com/blog/s23/

It is worrying to see SARMs being put into supplements though and people potentially inadvertently taking them without knowing it.

Just went for a run for about the first team in 3 years.
Might have to patch work the day

Not done a bit of exercise for about six weeks.
Went a 10 minute run with a 15 kg weight vest on this afternoon, then just did double spin classes. Genuinely think I could die, what a fucking idiot

I'm trying to commit to 3 x gym a week plus 5s. Usually at the gym at 10pm nowadays. Finding the time for a cycle is going to be hard as you're looking at 4 hours+ really, so back on the turbo it is.

I usually throw my phone off the wall when I don't exercise when I move I'll be reestablishing myself back at the funfs. That does me once or twice a week can't be arsed hammering gyms or aimlessly running/cycling that's not my bag.

Has he still not had that fight with The Mountain? Feels like they've been training for it since about 2017

Goals I'm going to try and hit next year. Should be achievable but I'm coming of a place of having barely moved for quite a few months and eating like a scumbag
20 pull ups 100 mile on bike in one ride 7 minute 2000m row 100kg bench If I can manage them should be doing alright on the old fitness
I've been absolutely shameful in both eating and exercising since the bairn was born too put on a stone and a half easy in 4 and a bit month.
Was doing well prior to her coming along Starting to get back into it now though, don't do the gym anymore but just long walks and home workouts were doing it for me so going to rattle into those again.

If you achieve all of that then the simple fact will be that you're a negligent parent and/or partner.

I know you're joking, but he can achieve that with 3 trips to the gym a week how much time do we all waste on here that you could be devoting to being dad of the year?

Hoping to fight again around March, will need to see how busy I am with work though (and how gyms/shows are impacted by omicron). Will be two years since I've fought by that time
