The simple fact is that without seeing ALL the evidence, nobody is in any position to come to a proper conclusion on guilt.

I'm actually seething that I've just wasted 10 hours of my life on that.
That kratz guys voice, almost had me smashing the iPad. I don't think there's any way he did it. But without getting a hold of all the evidence for both sides there is no way to tell. The brother was creepy as fuck.

Apparently that Kratz is no longer a lawyer as he was caught sexting a domestic abuse victim, who I'm sure I read, was one of his clients.

Whether he's guilty or not there's no doubt in my
mind that the police stitched him up by planting evidence

There's no way a couple of guys with IQs in the low 70s could clean up a crime scene in that minute detail. If they killed her then they killed her elsewhere.

On that drederick, the more I read about it the more I think it was the brother and brother in the law. The 2 that were each others alibi and whose time line didn't match the bus drivers. Think it was the brother that went hunting. Shouting she's was murdered in the woods then they figured it would be easy to blame Steve.

Watched this last week. Outstanding viewing.Â
If anybody hasn't seen the HBO one, Paradice Lost, it's also excellent -Â http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0117293/ Will be giving that a re-watch this week I think.

I was thinking brother in law of Avery (so, his sister's (ex)husband) and his son - that guy that told a blatant lie on the stand about what he'd seen - causing the hero lawyers to call for a mistrial early on. Those guys were definitely shifty.

Yeah, either the other family members or the Brother and the ex bofriend for me.
Shifty as fuck the lot of them. Also would Brendan not have been about 15 when Uncle Steve was supposed to be fiddling with him?

Just got the last episode of this to go, I was positively seething when the laddie was found guilty. Not surprised that Avery was found guilty, but I don't see how anyone on a jury could possibly find him guilty when there's no evidence anywhere of a murder scene.
Add me to the people that couldn't stand the boy Kratz, absolute creep of a guy. Also hated the boy cross examining Brendan, patronising weed of a man. Probably the sort of act Acey goes for in court as well

The bit where the investigator (hired by Brendan's dodgy lawyer) starts crying at the witness stand.

I hate that creepy cunt Katz anaw.
He reminds me of Chris Robinson.
"You made me cry, so give yourselves a wee pat on the back. Mission well and truly accomplished."

Finished it last night, when they dug up the blood sample with the needle hole I was thinking this was a major set up but as it went on I was less sure about his innocence.
The thing. I don't feel was well explained was that bone fragments were found elsewhere in two locations, to me the defence argument that the bones were dumped makes more sense than the hip bone being taken out the fire pit and moved. On the car crusher, the explanation that Avery's low intelligence makes his bloodless cleanup of the apparent crime scene is also an explanation as to why he wouldnt think to destroy the vehical. Overall I'm very unsure, I thought the ex-boyfriend and her brother each came across as strange but more suspicious than Avery? No idea

Really surprised how popular this has become. Seems to be everywhere at the moment. Popularised by the types I'd normally expect to watch shit like Made in Chelsea. Not sure if they're genuinely interested or it's just become one of those things that so many folk are talking about, that if you don't watch it, you'll have nothing to talk about.

Heard two old dears in the office discussing it - "Was a bit long, they should have condensed it in to one episode"Â

Watched the first two Paradise Lost documentaries last night. watching the last one tonight. Highly recommended.Â
