This has probably been done before and if so apologies.
My husband was on a course at work at a different branch (filled in their log book thing with reg etc as employees are exempt from their parking charges) and we received a parking charge from a private firm a couple of weeks later.
His work appealed it on his behalf and they rejected it. They have then passed it onto a debt recovery company and despite us contacting them again to explain we received another letter advising us of 'intended court action'.
The fine is £160, should I pay it or ignore it? Anyone else had to deal with this?
Oh also the car is in my name so this court action is being threatened against me.
