Would be up for bringing in and using the guillotine on the Royal family, the Tories and the Westminster elite like
Scott could be our Jean-Paul Marat

Treated England like adults while the cranky one treated us like kids.

None of these cunts are in touch with the real world, let's face it.
How can you be when you're earning half a million a year.

While disliking Starmer more than ever, I am warming to the New Labour strategy of admitting England is so far gone that they will not tolerate any left of centre candidate. They like their Labour leaders right wing. ironically.

Leave Johnson in place to take the heat but most of the outrage will have died down by the time you've got a replacement in place for the actual election cycle, and you've guaranteed them a clear run at the wettest blanket Labour could field.

The only discussions of Starmer I remember are Scott and I being against him from the off, while Begbie was cautioustly optimistic based on the ten pledges and, in fairness to him, quickly accepted he'd been had.

It's going back a couple of years and not going to read back dozens of pages to find it but definitely Begbie leading the charge saying I was wrong that Starmer wouldn't connect with the north. In fairness beyond Begbie (who may well have subsequently changed his view as you say) I think it was the usual 40+ brigade playing the man not the ball without engaging their own critical thinking, rather than this actually being a heavily pro-Starmer forum in reality.
