I remember the days when you'd walk down Porty highstreet, especially round the town hall, and see entire sections covered in slimy dugshite that had been trodden yards. Absolute filth. Any cunt that fails in their duty deserves public shaming in my books. Top tip: Next time don't put your car at risk from scum if you're going to call them out on it.

Never realised in the UK if you humanely kill a dog you own, you can eat it

Had to do a bit of DIY and install a postbox outside the house. Since we moved Hovis has become more and more territorial; he hates the postie and is terrorised by the foxes that cut around the house (every night). It's a shame for him as we are up high, sit on a hill as well, and he can see them from every room. He never gets the chance to meet them off the lead (the one time he did he was offski chasing it). If he smells a fox or notices someone outside he goes to the windows and starts barking.
Anyway, same old story, postie comes, rattles the letterbox, dog barks, postie retreats. Job done and home protected. This happens every day and starts to reinforce the behaviour. Then dog realises he can watch the postie from every vantage point around the house, up at each window barking at the postie as he goes house to house. We were out at work when this was happening, anyway it got pretty bad and he was ripping the mail up. Also if he saw a postie/heard the recorded delivery machine bleep/saw someone in hi-viz he would lose it at them and go into full on protective mode. Not good. Hopefully this is a start and with the postie not coming to the letterbox things begin to improve. Also got a borrow of the neighbour's powerdrill which was quality.
