That's it then. Down we go.

Clubs just happy to roll over and have their bellies tickled over this

You could crowdfund the legal costs in 24 hours. Weird behaviour from Thistle.

Why the fuck was the 11/1 rule removed for the vote if it just stays for everything else
An absolute stitch up

the reactions to Thistle's statement. personally I think it's class and full of dignity/chin held high. few clubs could learn from that.

Ann Budge's relegation. Each and every game next season she has to be reminded of that.

Such a nasty taste in my mouth over this (but enough about *insert poster*'s mum etc).
Again, they must have had assurances over reconstruction because this surely has to be open and shut for any half-way competent lawyer - it all played out in such a public sphere. I just don't believe for a moment that it's going to happen. Leaving aside any BUDGE OUT stuff (plenty of time for that every day from now until the incompetent bastard fucks off), I'm disillusioned enough by all of this that I can't see me ever being invested in Scottish football again.

You won't be the only one. Under budge/Levein's tenure I've went from home and away every week to literally not giving a fuck about the game. Whilst that could be down to personal life changing and the sport in general shifting in a direction I don't like it's also largely down to the direction we've taken as a club. Under Vlad it was clear that we weren't participating in a level playing field and under budge its been clear that tribalism in football has gone. I didn't follow hearts to applaud hibs and back slap mixu whilst rolling over and having our belly tickled by the chairman of Brechin fucking city so I'm out.
04-16-2020, 05:04 PM
True Pete, this shitshow could bring some tribalism back. Gasping on it but Budge will probably organise some sort of peace white dove to be released from the centre circle on the first game we have against Dundee.

Budge could be run out of town fairly easily. Look how quick she shat it over a bit of graffiti outside the stadium. Sadly, there's too many jammy wearers and shitebags that'll kowtow to her nonsense.

D'ya reckon this is how Clerry Jambo and that felt about Mr Romanov?

There's been passionate disillusionment on here for years

It feels like that 'lol jock fitba what are you like' thing that I don't like at the best of times. I think I would feel like this if we were sitting 10th and unaffected by this, especially if we had voted for it - some of the Hibs supporters I know are saying the same kinds of things, and they wouldn't miss an opportunity to stick the boot in normally. Budge and Levein sucked a lot of the joy out of football for me, no arguments there. Went from being a ST holder for my entire adult life to attending 3 games this season. Fuck the pair of them, hate them. Posting angry messages about them to my online family on TalkHearts is about the only pleasure I've had from Hearts in the last few years But toddling along to games in the Championship next season - some great away days, bring it on as I've seen some folk say - feels like tacit support for what's happened and I've got no interest in it right now.

The prospect of a TalkHearts visit Chez Kash for lunch pre-Palmerston next season sounds good tbf.

I've genuinely always considered scottish football corrupt to the core. You can't explain a variable with a constant. Drama may be the wrong word, but I see this being out in the open as an opportunity to topple Doncaster and expose Lawell. For now they have brushed things back under the carpet but I have greater hope than ever now that they will properly slip up. There are opportunities here to bin Doncaster and some reformation of governance. Which is why Budge has made a tit of it imo. But ye, all my dissilusion comes from Hearts rather than the wider game for me.

What's happening with the Scottish cup semi finals? Is that just being kyboshed or will it be played out to make sure we don't fuck celtics quadruple treble?
I'd assume there will be no European games next season or at least before January 2021 to help contain Covid19

New Dundee statement, for what it's worth:
