Mutual agreement that we're not doing presents this year.
Everyone wants to buy presents for Acey Jnr anyway.

Surely Mrs Acey will be used to disappointment by now I got my girlfriend the Liberty advent calendar so she has something to open every day and we are doing a £50 max spend for our Xmas day present to each other. Will be happy for nice socks and/or a voucher tbh

My Mrs and I hardly buy that much for each other anyway tbf. All about the bairn nowadays, so I'm not fussed if get anything or not. Always get stuff for her from the bairn anyway and a wee thing from me. Not got any “extravagant†gifts for each other for a few years now.
Made her a personalised story book this year from our daughter. Think she'll love it No luck mcwifey

I'm sure she'll end up getting a nice present from Acey Jnr.
I'd nosh that down, Kash.
Anyway, had a couple of beer while making the stovies so after tea felt a bit bunged up. Instead of more ale I thought I'd get a bottle of Aldi's knock-off Baileys. Got home and checked it out with my glasses ... 12%. Basically tastes like weak alcoholic skimmed-milk. Should have known at £4.20. Three weeks today, lads.

Bailey's is for women in their 70s to drink on Christmas Day. Awful.

Love a Bailey's on Christmas day. Always the first drink. Seems acceptable to have in the morning.
