Those balls were class. Ridiculously light. Punting them around the corn exchange WOF on a Friday afternoon after school.

The corn exchange was so good back then, with the 3g and the bigger goals to score top corner rakes and that. I was used to the proper sand astro that would cut you to ribbons if you went down on it and goals with no nets and buckled crossbars so it was like playing in the real san siro in comparison.

When the buzzer would go off but there was no one next waiting to come on.

Transitioning from January winter night playing at the Sighthill Pitz to indoor Corn Exchange WOF is truely one of life's greatest luxuries. When an eejit would kick the ball over the high netting at the pitz.

I only ever played at the corn exchange when I went to a hibs training thing it was like a selection of boys from different boys clubs would train there for 'hibs' think the only other time I was there was for someones birthday or something.

So what is the reason behind 'one season only '?
05-10-2021, 09:10 PM
Good that they'll allow a change to the set up for “one season only†for rangers and Celtic but nobody else.
Wasn't one of the oppositions to restructuring the leagues to avoid relegations not that it was pointless to do it for one season only and should be a long term plan if it was to happen?
