10.2 kilos/22 pounds down as of this morning and into the final 2 weeks now. Last week I stayed within my calorie deficit and complete my step count but gym time was minimal and a bit of a write off due to work, helping my mum with stuff, and having the bairn around, I've my missus dad's 60th next Saturday but planning a strong finish

Aye, well done Rory, wish I had the motivation/determination to stop eating shite at night. Basically all I need to do really as I'm no sure my body can take any additional exercise bar the weekly fives.
Near on 30lbs is some going, man.

Cheers pondy The first couple weeks were the hardest, just got into a routine eventually and the way the challenge is set it plays into your own hands how intense you want to take it or not

That's some effort Thanks Picard I'm 5' 7†maybe closer to 5' 8†with my Cuban heels on, I'm getting nearer to a respectable BMI but things got out out of hand and 13st10lb was ridiculous, 11st13lb is closer to a normal BMI for my age and height. lockdown, a new born and back problems gave me every excuse I needed to skip working out or keeping on top of things. Me and Mrs Breaker done the challenge together so throughout it we were encouraging each other for once. My weight has always fluctuated but complacency set in. Headspace is a lot better as well due to lifestyle changes and just feeling positive in general |
